What is the Wave Process system?

It is a lining manufacturing patented system through which it is possible to use two materials. One of them is a noble friction material of very high performance, which will be responsible for the friction effect. . The other is a base material, responsible for the mechanical resistance and anchorage of the lining and it is produced from part of the linings recycling material.

The Wave Process linings are better than common linings since the recycled material has more density and offers greater resistance due to the fact of having been used before.That is essential for fitting the lining to the brake system (shoe). The Wave Process system modifies the aglutination process of the materials, providing the layer of noble materials with better friction, which determines a considerable increase in durability.
